On March 9th, Acrassicauda’s long await debut album finally drops. In celebration, we here at VBS are dedicating the whole week to our favorite Iraqi metal band. As part of the festivities we’ll be airing the film that started it all in its full, theatrical-release-length glory. That’s right, we’re giving you all of Heavy Metal in Baghdad on VBS for the very first time. Oh, that’s not enough for you? How about extras from the HMIB DVD, Acrassicauda’s episode of Practice Space, and all sorts of other goodies? To get you started, here’s Acrassicauda’s music video Gardens of Stone, the Heavy Metal in Baghdad trailer, and a video recapping Acrassicauda’s crazy journey to the US. ENJOY!
