POLITICIANS ARE NOT IMMUNOLOGISTS

Everyone’s least favorite Nutmegger, Joe Lieberman, is ramping up the outrage over the Army’s decision to immunize Guantanamo Bay detainees against the H1N1 virus. Joe’s especially pissed that poor, god-fearing, pregnant American women are being denied the shot when possible-terrorist scum are being protected from swine flu. Much like the assholes before him who have railed against doctors who treat illegal immigrants, Joe forgets that viruses spread indiscriminately. Unless the prisoners are inoculated, the guards (read: precious American troops) are endangered. Is it not terrifying that these doinks are in charge of restructuring health care?

sbay33: I hate that rabbit Joe Lieberman. As long as we're keeping them in a cement box we should keep them healthy. (They've started to vaccinate U.S. inmates, too.)
