Wenz: For a serious place of research, it seems like they just toss these bodies in the woods and let them do their thing. Weird.

EmrgncyMedTek: Their research is geared toward placing the bodies in all sorts of different enviroments, such as buried, above ground, half buried, tarped, submerged in water, etc. To study decomp it to study all types. It's all for research, as macabre as it may seem.

EmrgncyMedTek: From what I've read, there is a massive 7 foot fense with barbed wire around the entire perimeter, and the stench is so bad that employees and visitors refuse to park in the spots closest to the fence.

EmrgncyMedTek: A serial killer in Spokane buried one of his victims under his bedroom window, he told his wife that he hit a dog and buried it there. I doubt his motives were laziness but more geared toward reliving her murder.
