badtux: Oddly enough, I think Chan is trying to make *Svenonius* feel more comfortable, Svenonius seemed somewhat awkward and uncomfortable at the beginning of the interview and Chan... ah yes, Chan is Chan. Wayward girl, indeed :). BTW, Chan doesn't need drugs to be twitchy, I taught special ed for a while and Chan is textbook bright ADHD kid (now grown up), seen way too many bright ADHD kids to not recognize what I see when I look at her history and her behavior.

Benjamin_R: The interviewer in theory is perfect for Chan. She loves him. She feels like she can be nutty and digressive and she knows him. Svenonius is brilliant, it's just this interview wasn't that good... I agree the actual result, because of Chan's neuroses (& maybe drugs?) wasn't as good as it could have been. Normally it works better when the person being interviewed is the "Straight Man" to Svenonius but there was no chance of that this time.
