Wow...not every Latin American in the US is illegal. It's more like 11 - 12 million people.
In Italy, illegal immigrants constitute 9% of the workforce. I'm imagining it'd be pretty close in the US as well. Frankly put, you can't deport all illegal immigrants because it'd decimate the economy.
Now, that being said, if you see illegals crossing in, stop them. They're breaking laws, plain and simple. It doesn't matter for what reason they're coming...if they aren't refugees fleeing war or persecution or disaster they shouldn't be let in unless it's legal.

I agree that there need to be rules but by makin the laws and visa application process (even for people with a MBA) as strict as they are, you criminalize more people than you would have to...
As a tourist for example you are not even allowed to apply for a job in the states, that in my mind is fucked up!
